Has Verizon released the update for the fingerprint scanner ?

I got the update. Verizon s10+.

I notice not having to press as hard or long on the screen. My FPS is working fine before and after the update. Just don't have to press a hard or long. For passwords, just seems a slight touch is all it takes now. I'll report back if it changes, but so far, a speed improvement for me.
