Have a little hand in screen

Have a little hand on left of screen. Seems to give me notifications drop how do I get rid of it. Would post a screen shot not sure how? Pixel 3a android 12.

It may be an Accessibility function. Go to Settings>Accessibility and see if anything is turned on there.

Another possibility is a "feature" that some app you installed added (most likely involving ads as well).
