Have changed password, still no access.

vodaphone media app.was set up.by.my wife we are no longer speaking we had phones under my vodaphone contract
She had i phone i had and still have samsung 7 I've tried resetting her password and got her username but she used the i phone email ending @me.com which is old.phone she does not use and every time i change password it asks me to verify on the.i phone email which is gone and e men if it was about i cant gain access I have s few appsluke this can someone.please help me as i have.no clue what to do please

You would have to contact the owner of the email (like the ISP) -- we can't help with that.
