So I got my Nexus today... was able to unlock and root but now I can't get the OTA updates. I want to reset everything to stock, get the OTA updates and then unlock and root.

Like I said, I'm on a Mac and could use some help. Thanks!

remember how you unlocked it?

Code:
./fastboot oem lock

that locks the bootloader.

Thanks for the reply Andrew...

I remember that but I wanted to do more by restoring the factory image which would unroot, re-lock and wipe everything so it's just like it came from the factory.

Thanks, so I extracted all of the factory image files into the same folder with the fastboot-mac files and then went to that folder in terminal and entered ./fastboot-mac flashall -w flash-all.sh. I got error: neither -p product specified nor ANDROID_PRODUCT_OUT set.

So what am I doing wrong?

GOT IT!

I was making it harder than it actually is.

Connect phone to Mac via USB cable after powering up in fastboot mode
Extract all factory image files to the same folder with fastboot-mac files.
Open terminal and navigate to that path.
At prompt in terminal type: sh ./flash-all.sh

This will run through flashing all components... when done it took a couple of minutes to reboot and then rebooted a second time before it was back to factory.

Hope this helps someone because I spent hours trying to do this LOL!

Can you help me walk through your process? I am stuck at the google unlocked icon myself. I can't seem to get past it.

What file did you use and can you help me navigate through mine? Noob on both my Mac and GNEX.
