Have not APN

I have chains multimedia onot KitKat 4.4.4, can't get Internet, connected dongl with Sim card bUT have not Apn in multimedia, went to setting, more that's all except VPN line nothing else, can someone help me please?

Could you elaborate more? You need the APN for your carrier? You can usually set this under mobile networks within settings. The APN information can be provided by your carrier.

But under setting, more, there is only VPN, no Apn, so it is my problem
