Have you ever had screen redraw?

On your Nexus 10. I do occasionally but I see no threads about it, and I want to make sure mines not a defect or something. Even super small 2 second waiting periods can cause me stress since its a new tablet.

What do you mean by screen redraw? (I probably know and you're just saying it differently than I'm used to hearing.)

I noticed mine started doing it on startup after the 4.2.2 update. My xoom did it too after 4.1. Not sure if it's a bug or the tablet

I mean you press the home button and when you get to get to the homescreen, the app icons aren't there and take a few seconds to comeback

I sometimes have this happen, but I think it's because I am running Nova launcher with a lot of custom wallpapers etc. And it takes a while to get things loaded into memory.

But I get a little star loader icon for a second. On 4.2.2.

Ah ok, now I get to what you mean. I get it once in a while but only when I do it while an app or browser is loading something.

are you killing launcher by any mean. thats one reason you will get a screen refresh/load

No, im not using any task killer. I Use Go Launcher EX with a custom 5120x3200 wallpaper, but this happens on the stock launcher as well. Im even using v6 supercharger and that doesnt stop the problem. Actually, I only get screen redraw if the tablet has been on long enough (not necessarily consecutively) to lose 50+% battery....This bugs me to no end. I have tried going through every possible setting imaginable, doing factory reset, all to no avail. I will report if I have found something, but does anyone have ANY possible solution?
