I'm yet to receive it on my HTC One, but I think we always get it later than everyone else - if anyone has an expected release date for the HTC One (running sense) then by all means, let me know.

I think the biggest question in a lot of people's minds ? and it sure is on mine ? is does 4.4.1 fix the N4 battery drain issue?

From my personal opinion don't go for it because there are lot of issue occur after kit kat update. You can go for review before updating.

I've been getting great battery life. The 4.4 update makes it just a little bit better. I didn't know that battery life was an issue with Nexus 4. I'm using the new ART, but that hasn't affected battery life one way or the other.

I'm seeing better battery life on my Nexus 4 after sideloading 4.4.1, but I'm on WIFI all day. My wife is not on WIFI and after sideloading 4.4.1 on her Nexus 4, she's saying her battery life is much better so far. Granted, this is only her second full day on 4.4.1.
