Have you opened developer options?

I opened it the other day. I did this on my S4 but never changed anything. On the S5 I opened it and changed all the animation durations from 1.0x to 0.5x. The phone seems to be a lot more snappier I guess you could say.

Curious if anyone had little tweaks they might use to make their phone snappier in there.

If you want it to feel like an iPhone, set the animations to 5. Lol
