science i brought this..couldn't get any Android or security update from Samsung.. what happen to me???any solution guyes???

It's a little hard for me to read the details of that screenshot, since it won't expand to fullscreen. Is your Note8 originally from a carrier? If so, are you still on that same carrier? A carrier-specific phone needs to be on that carrier's network in order to receive the official update.
