haven't received lollipop on HTC one M8

guys, i haven't got my at&t lollipop update on my htc m8 it's been a pretty long time since the official release of it. any solutions??

About a week after the update, I called AT&T and explained the problem. They tried to push the update but that wouldn't work either. The rep sent a report to tech support. About 3 days later, I got a text that the issue was resolved. Checked for updates, and it came right through.
