Having a strange audio problem

For a couple weeks now I've been having this annoying problem with my phones volume. It will start off quiet and within 30 seconds or less it will jump to the correct volume that my settings has it set to. This will occur in any application: Netflix, YouTube, embedded videos, even apps, and games, and literally as I'm typing this now. In fact, as I'm typing this post right now the keyboard clicks will be quiet and then after a few words it will jump to a higher volume for a bit, then if I pause... and start typing again...yup...it will jump up in volume. This is incredibly annoying especially like if I'm showing my friend a video and the volume all of a sudden goes really loud it becomes very distracting to others. Even more annoying when I plug my phone into my car to play some tunes it will be quiet then BAM loud again.

I've checked in settings and cant find any option for like "auto adjust volume" or some such thing.

Is anyone else having this issue, or know how Ican fix this?

That is an odd one. It could be an app or just a quirk of your software.
If you are backed up, I would recommend a factory reset and see if it goes away before loading any apps.
If so pay attention to your apps and when it may return.
Good luck!
Ron
