I bought a second hand S5 on Wednesday and I have been having screen issues since. Picked it up yesterday and the screen was black but yet the buttons lit up as did the notification light.
Pulled the battery and got static on the screen like this
Pulled battery again and it eventually worked. I had already factory reset and the rest before this happened
Today was playing music and the exact same thing, black screen although the phone was working, pulled battery again and away it went. an hour later I unlocked the phone to change songs and the touch screen became unresponsive, I knew I had caught this problem with the screen on, I hit the lock button and yes wouldn't wake had to pull battery again.
I am no expert but this very much looks like a loose wire or something to me, anyone else got this?.
