Having issues with taking screenshots

Since the update I can no longer take a screenshot. I cleared the cache then I did a full factory reset.. Still nothing... Anyone else having this problem?

Try another method - hold the S Pen’s button and tap the screen twice.

You know... This confused me for weeks after the update. Everyone said to hold the button down on the s pen and double tap the screen. I never could get it to work. Then one day I reversed it. I touched the screen and double clicked the s pen button. NOW it works.
