Having problem with this reminder in my samsung galaxy S9

I bought my galaxy s9 in california when i was on vacation, so i bought the unlocked one because I'm not from there im from philippines, so that i can use it here in Philippines, i already inserted my sim. And once im gonna turn off the mobile data this always appears first before it will be off "unless you connect to a wifi network,you wont be able to use internet,email or other apps that require a network" its so annoying that this always appers when im gonna turn off my data, can someone help me with this issue?
