Having problems with my music syncing

I will sync my music to my phone and it will work that day. The next day the music will show up but it will say in the player that the file is not supported by the player. On day 3 the music is deleted. I use synctunes wireless to sync my music currently. I was using doubletwist but stopped using it because when I got a new computer it would no longer let me sync playlists... program on the computer was just buggy.

Was wondering if anyone had any ideas about how to fix these problems.
