Having some issues with apps installed on SD card

So I have a handful of apps that are on my SD card, and I noticed that some of the icons I place on my home screens after a restart don't show the icon, but show the Android app icon. Any fixes for this?

Are they widgets? You can't install widgets and their associated apps to memory card for this reason.

This is the issue. You had widgets on the home screen and they do not work from the SD card. Otherwise how would they function if you removed the card.

Just Reload the widgets after transferring the app for phone to SD card. I had the problem. All I did was delete the icon and then put it back.

Not widgets, just app icons.

I am having the same problem with several apps not widgets also.

What i'm thinking is the apps do not fully support it yet. Or it could be some bugs, that have gone unnoticed. Cause it is a very minor issue, because the apps still launch fine even if the icon is the Android icon. So to me it's minor, just wanted to see if anyone else had a fix or was experiencing the same issue.
