Having trouble setting up Samsung pay on Galaxy Watch

I am attempting to set up Samsung pay on my watch but I keep getting "enabler service not found" on my s8+ whenever I try.

Rebooted phone, watch and reset the Samsung pay app but nothing seems to help.

Any ideas?

Is it paired with a Samsung phone?

Do you have the latest update? Have you reset the whole watch yet?

Yes I have reset the watch and no I have not resolved it yet.

Call Samsung tech. They are SOMETIMES helpful

So you have the correct companion app that downloads to the phone when you first set up pay on the watch? It's an automated prompt. If you hit no, then it won't work.

Also, are you loading the card manually on the watch, or is it not even starting up?

I do think this is a job for Samsung support. You can video chat with them through the Samsung plus app.

finally got it to set up but required hard reset of phone!
