having trouble with Messenger

[AC Question]

So what happenedis that j used the Facebook owned Messenger, I havethe non Facebook accounton messenger, today in the morning and then after few hours I saw some notifs as chat heads and then when I opened the chat head I saw those messages and when I openedthe app it showed the messages from the morning. And then I tried reinstalling the app and now I'm not able to see any of my chats it just showed something went wrong and the chat screen keeps loading for life. I need serious help
