Having update issues

Trying to update the prl and profile on my phone and I keep getting a NETWORK_ERROR. Also i am not able to get any data over 3G. Everythimg else is fine, I can send/receive texts and make/receive calls. Just no data. Help?

Check these two things:
menu->settings->Battery & Data Manager->Data Saver
Insure that Data Saver is not checked

menu->settings->Battery & Data Manager->Data Delivery
Insure that Background data is checked
Insure that Data Enabled is checked

menu->settings->Battery & Data Manager->Data Delivery
Just in case, make sure the Battery mode settings are OK (I keep Performance mode selected).

The essential setting is the Data enabled setting.
