HBO GO and uverse subscribers

It works on my PC and it still works perfectly on my old EVO 4G. I also have U-verse. When I try to use it on my 3D it will not allow me to log in and says U-verse is not participating. If that is true why does it work on my old phone still?

If it still works on your EVO 4G you may have an older version of HBO GO. If you do have a 1.03 version or earlier, post a link. My understanding is that the 1.03 version still works on ATT Uverse.

If you are not able to log into HBO GO and you are with AT&T Uverse, this link will get you to a version that still works for Uverse subscribers.

that link doesnt work....i'm having the same problem as well on a htc inspire it worked then I go to watch something on hbo at dinner last night and it says that u verse is not participating in hbo go anymore....

I'm calling at&t for piece of mind for us htc guys...I even went as far as rebooting the phone...and that didnt work...didnt i see someone say something about the new version not working right?

I got mine working again. Went to Applications, did a force close, cleared the cache, AND denied the App Superuser access when I ran it.

Worked like a charm. Watched Boardwalk Empire while the wife watched somethint on the Oprah network.

I can sign in my laptop and iPhone using at&t but not my EVO 3d (tells me its not available for at&t)

Search the web for the original version of HBOGO, download it and save it to your memory card. Once you do that, open the app, sign in. You can just use the old version and you will be fine. If you want you can download the latest version on top of it. If you ever cant log in because it says ATT uverse is not supported, you will have to remove the latest version, reload the original, and log in with the original. Thats what I do now.

There is a problem with the newer version of HBO go.

The problem is not HBO GO, it is with AT&T. I had the same problems with HBO GO, and switched over to DirecTV. Problem solved.

Before I switched, I would do a force close and it would EVENTUALLY allow a log in.
