hbo go not working on nexus 7, but work on 5

I just got my nexus 7 2nd generation today. I installed hbo go on it, I could watch the preview, but not the real show , show error message " An error occurred while trying to play video, please try again" . however on my nexus 5 cellphone, it works out well, no problem at all. both are Android 4.4.2. what is wrong with 7?

Ask the app developer. They may have prvented the app from running on tablets

Last I checked, HBOGo worked fine on my 2013 N7 running ART. Try clearing the app cache for HBOGo, or rebooting the device.
