HBOOT 1.19 S-ON Need HELP!!! HTC EVO 4G LTE

I recently installed a kernel to get a JB rom and it updated my HBOOT to 1.19 so no I'm on 1.19 and s-on and can't use any Roms to my knowledge. I found someone that was in the same situation but he has the latest ruu, i tried contacting him but had no luck. I only have access to the HBOOT and the recovery if I try to start up the system it gets stuck in a boot loop. So please someone help me.

Did you make a backup before flashing?...Rule # 1

Yea but somehow it got lost and isn't there anymore.

it should be your sdcard, anyhow a kernel should not have done anything to your hboot. what exactly did you flash?

I flashed a kernel by komodo that was meant for an s-off evo

did you flash a rom? if not flash the boot.img from the rom you were on with fastboot

I tried but I would get stuck in a boot loop. Where do i get the boot.img from?

You can go HERE and use one of these they work with stock based roms. I recommend using the 1.89

Right before I reboot my phone it says I don't have an OS installed.

I would say reflash your rom

I'm trying that right now, do you know how to flash an RUU without having an os? Like flashing it through recovery somehow, because I think it might be the RUU.
