HD Station Corrupting USB Drives

Sorry if it seems like I have been posting too much lately but I'm new here and I've ben dealing with a lot of issues lately on my Razr! So heres my problem. I got the Droid Razr HD Station today and Iove it! The webtop is amazing and its really fast but I'm having major issues with using Flash drives in the station. I plugged in my main drive that I use for school work and personal junk into it and it immediately did the Droid Notification but it said the drive was corrupt and needed to be possibly reformatted. MY HEART LITERALLY SKIPPED A BEAT! I have all of my data on that drive! So I plugged the drive into my Mac and was able to restore it and got all my info back (thank you Jesus! ). I made copies of all the data on the drive and decided to try it again. But every time I plug the flash drive into the Station it says it is damaged and needs possible reformatting and it takes Disk Doctor on my Mac to fix it! Is this normal or what?
