Can anyone on AT&T confirm HD voice is working? I heard it doesn't and that is kind of a deal breaker for me.
Are you talking about WiFi Calling? If so, then no because there is no option to turn it on or off. I hope it gets added in the near future. It's not a deal breaker for me as I don't do many phone calls. Can anyone on AT&T confirm HD voice is working? I heard it doesn't and that is kind of a deal breaker for me.
You mean on the pixel? Bc in general at&t has HD voice, it's on my s7 edgeI think only Verizon and T-Mobile are supporting voLTE/HD voice at the moment. Likewise with wifi calling.
I don't get why they can't enable that feature on a non network device. It's free and it's great! Now I have to go back to crappy voice quality. I definitely go spoiled with the HD voice. When it first came out I hated it now I can't live without it.Yeah AT&T is stingy about letting phones they can't bloat up use their network features -- it definitely shouldn't be that way.

The unlocked HTC 10 and A9 do support VoLTE on at&t. These are the only unlocked devices, that I know of, that are allowed to use at&t's VoLTE.
It does though... Android has all that built into it. That's how T-Mobile and Verizon users are able to use it.I believe HD Voice and WiFi Calling also needs to be added to the phone software somehow since all compatible devices have the option to turn these features on or off. I hope a software update gets released to enable these features. You definitely notice a difference without HD Voice.
