HDMI-Out not working

Have the Expansys microUSB to HDMI adapter and a Samsung TV, but can't get the phone to show on the TV.



Without USB power, the TV said there was not cable attached. I plugged a microUSB cable into the side of the adapter and the TV did register that there was a cable attached, but no signal.

Anybody had any luck with this.

I can verify that my MHL adapter works fine with my GNote and skyrocket. I bought the Samsung OEM adapter for what it is worth. Try restarting your phone then hooking it up and make sure it is powered. Are you using the OEM power cord? I would.

Thanks, now that I know it works for someone I will try again. Perhaps it is the power adapter - and do different TV's need differing amounts of power in the HDMI cable?

this is the second time I have tried to post - will see if it works this time.
