This might be a stupid question but is there any type of HDMI solution?
No micro slot so is it possible to go micro usb to HDMI? Or all wireless based?

As mentioned MHL adapter (USB to HDMI), however it must be the "new" version (~$30 I think), as the SGS3 is not compatible with the old/standard MHL adapter. Or you can use an old/standard MHL adapter and the special $10 adapter from Samsung to be able to use the old MHL.
