I see a lot of bloatware, but I don't see an app called Mirracast on there. I would like very much to know how to use this function. I frequently used my Mirror-Mode HDMI OUT on my Droid 4 as a "netflix box" when away on trips.

No nearby devices found. Looking at Mirracast devices now... do they all require USB as well? I think some older HDTVs only have HDMI, no USB.. ?

Also someone had said in another post that Chromecast requires your phone and the device to be on a WiFi network, whereas as Miracast does not, yes?

Edit #2 ... the upcoming Fire TV Stick looks cool.... says Motorola devices supported... $39 ... is this the type of device that will work with Cast Screen?
