Is it possible to run HDMI out of the micro USB port?

Welcome to Android Central! It doesn't seem that way. The device would have to be compatible with MHL, and the official Samsung site says it isn't: Galaxy View | SM-T670 | Tablet | Samsung NZ. There are some online retailers that sell MHL adapters they claim work on the View, but I'd trust the official Samsung site more.
