Headphone jack has poor connection

Has anyone had this problem with N7 every pair headphones I plug into the headphone jack and move the sound shut off and the sound quality is low. I just purchase this a day ago.

Two basic things to check, if you haven't already:

1. Make sure you're pushing the plug all the way in. You should hear or feel a click. You'd be surprised how often people realize they weren't pushing in far enough.

2. Make sure there isn't any debris in the jack. Use a can of compressed air to blow it out.

Sound is fine on mine, but it kind of depends on what you're used to (and how sensitive your hearing is).
