Hi there. i just got my tmobile S10+ phone. i wanted to go to Samsung SHOP app and do the ear buds registration for the free ear buds, and i can't find anything inside the Samsung SHOP app.

i saw you wrote that we should use the Samsung PLUS app. i tried, but the app won't stay open. before i can even log in (i dont' even know how to log into Samsung PLUS app), it crashed and closed. i tried it maybe 8 times.

may i ask how best to register for the ear buds please? thank you in advance.

It's not the Plus app, it's the Shop app and yes it's installed on your phone

No it's not. You have to download it. Just checked my new S10 now to confirm.
