I just kept the headphones from my s4 and I use those. Good enough for me.

I think a lot carriers just figured those earbuds that they used to include sounded so bad that it was just a waste of money (as many, like me, just throw them in the trash) and that we, as customers, would just go get something decent anyways.

Run down to the nearest Dollar Store and pick a set up for $1. Then you have the same quality as if they were included.

So if they are only the quality of a $1 pair, then that is what it cost Samsung to put in the box, and that is what ATT is saving by not including. So my phone should be $1 less than the carriers that include it, but its more expensive usually. However, $1 for a million units sold is a lot of profit.

Do the controls on the Klipsch S4A work on this phone? I have been using Skullcandy buds with the 3 button but it only works on certain music apps and not for calls.

I would totally understand that theory....IF there was some actual savings being had by the consumers. My GN3 cost the same as tho the cheap, poor sound quality ear buds were in the box. At least I had the option if I had em....IJS
