Initially, my headset controls wouldn't work with the music player. That was resolved with the last OTA update from Verizon. Then I flashed EB01 and now they don't work anymore. Is this an issue for anyone else? And does anyone know how/if i can fix this? Thanks.

When I plug in the headset with controls on it, which I still have from my old iPhone, it does not allow me to skip/pause tracks on the stock music player (or any music player) using the onboard control button of the headset itself. This is the same way it was when I bought the phone. However, when I updated with the last OTA update from Verizon, it started working. So it is definitely possible. It doesn't work anymore ever since I flashed froyo.

I wonder if it has something to do with the music player application that you are using. You might try some others from the Market too.

It should at least work with the stock app, since it did on EA28. Something is wrong with the settings in the EB01 update but I am so out of my league trying to figure out where to look
