Heart rate while exercise

[Android Central Question]

Please help in this situation....this is my 2nd attempt to try to get a answer for this question, each time samsung keeps giving me a response as if my device was not reading my heart rate THAT IS NOT MY QUESTION.. my question is does my gear S3 record my heart rate, CONTINUOUSLY, while I'm working out using the "other" option settings under exercises?? I ask this because it ive heard it will only give you your "anabolic zones (intensity zones) ONLY if you choose "running or elliptical". Will it continuously record my heart rate (including heart rate zones) under ANY other option beside running or elliptical???

The first thing I recommend you do is register on the site and then post back here that you've done that.

I use the Other feature a lot. Yes, your HR is being tracked in the Other option.
