No matter what I do this just keeps popping up whenever I open the Google Play Store. I've tried disable enable, clearing the cache, deleting the data. Almost everything I've found in Google. Sometimes it works but then it will again show me this message. What should I do?

Thats the error message you get when your in ultra power saving mode, revert back to balance mode and your good to go.
