Helium Desktop Password Error w/BlackBerry Key2.

[Android Central Question]

I troubleshooted steps from into https://forums.androidcentral.com/android-apps/662031-helium-how-back-up-marshmallow-devices-fully-encrypted.html.
But I still cannot progress because of the desktop password Backup error.
Please help, I'm on Droid blackberry Key2

Login with same username and password from related site and you can get additional help that way

Okay, I emailed the developer s few days ago, but still no reply.

Sometimes devs take a few days to respond. The dev hasn't updated that app since 2019, so it's possible he's not paying as close attention to it any more.

Did you also check out his support wiki? https://github.com/koush/support-wiki/wiki/Helium-Wiki. You could also try tweeting at him (@koush).
