Hello all, new to site

Hello. I posted a question in the Introduction page and thank you for the responses. Another question for a Verizon Samsung Galaxy tab 2, 7.0 4G lte, if this is the right place. When traveling from 4G connectivity to 1X or no connectivity and visversa, a white "Mobile Network" screen keeps coming up overriding the page I was looking at. What do I need to set or change to stop it from happening?
