Hello, having some root problems.

I just got my other one replaced and I come back home to root it. I already know what to do to unlock bootloader and root it. But every time I got to unlock my bootloader. I copy and place the token code in the HTC dev spot. It keeps saying that the code isn't long enough. I've done it several of times but it does not work. I am annoyed.

Make sure and copy the markers too. The <<<<<<TOKENSTART>>>>>>>> they look something like that.

Edit. Installed latest drivers for the 3rd time and it worked unbelievably well.
