Hello There I have A Problem that my phone install apps on its own without my permission

i have stoped all the auto updates on my android but it is still downloading . i uninstall a app and when i switch it off and restart the app again comes after some time

Welcome to the forums. It might be a bad app. You could reset, and slowly re add your apps a few at a time, every couple of days. Once you pin down which app it is, you can remove it.

If you have your apps autosynced (in your Google account), that happens sometimes. Turn off autosync for apps and see if it still happens.
