Hello, I'm New Here (I Think)

Hello All,
Believe it or not I just got my first smart phones. I am 60 years old and I live in New Mexico and I have avoided smart phones all this time but I finally got two, an LG and a Moto4e. I do not have a clue what I am doing with these things so I will be visiting here regularly to read threads and ask questions.

This looks like a nice forum to hang out at so I look forward to meeting some of you nice helpful folks.

May I ask, why those 2 different phones, and the obvious, why 2 instead of just 1?

It was a plan for my wife and I. Those two phones were bought without research, just for the looks.
