Hello pics aren't downloading in a text message

All of a sudden when someone sends me a picture in their text it won't download.

what happens when you switch to another sms message reader such as gosms?
are there no options when you double click or long press, each sms app has it's own way to download

Also check your APN settings (especially the MMS settings) against those of your carrier (which you can find with a Google search).
