I own a samsung galaxy s8 plus, and I have an infuriating glitch or bug what occurued a month ago, whem I unplugged my headphones. When I want to adjust my ringtone volume, it adjustes the media volume, but I have no idea for what f*cking reason. I tried to reboot the phone a million times, and today (2017. 08. 23) I recevied an aproximately 600 MB update, but that didn't do ****. Please, could someone give me an explanation of this and a fix? (anything except factory reset) That would be so helpful. Thanks in advance :)

When you press the volume rocker while playing media, it will adjust the audio output by default. If you're not playing music etc the default setting is ringtone.
You can access other volumes by quickly pressing volume to get the volume pop down menu. Then tap the down arrow icon in top right corner to drop down further volume options..

Hi, in settings under sounds and vibrations there is a option to use volume keys for media as default, try unticking that if it is ticked and that should help hopefully assuming uv not tried that already.
