The reason I rooted was because stock rom was way too unstable.
MiRaGe works well.
I do have a particular affection for Lurkin's neko95 ports, however.

Mirage is by far a top quality rom. I would put that at the top in a recommendation list.

I really don't like this question. There is no "Best". Everyone has their own ROM that they prefer because of it't features. There have been so many threads just like this. This is the post I put in the last one:

I made a back up I wiped it I flashed the Rom and idk how to over clock it
