help 4 newbie Android media locations.

So can someone tell me where in Android 8 are ringtones and notification sound files are stored ?
I have the same 10-15 sounds for both notifications and ringtones.
I have a ton of sounds etc that I'd like to use. I have NO CLUE Where all those goodies are stored.

there are folders on the phone storage for that:
Notifications folder for messaging sounds
Ringtones folder for phone calls sounds
Alarms folder for alarms sounds
if the folder do not exist you can create them and copy your own sounds in them
