Help, Accidentally deleted internal on my M7, how do I push a rom?

I accidentally dleted the internal on my htc, I've looked online and apparently I have to push it via sideload, but the tutorials are'nt helpful because they are outdated. Anyone got a tut for doing this using Android studio? It loos like I am still rooted and I have TWRP.
