Help: All BT paired devices were deleted

I had LG V10 with Android 6.0 on it and noticed a bug that somehow, suddenly, deletes all my BT paired devices. This made me to pair again all my BT devices such as speakers, hands-free and my Gear watch...
I thought something is wrong with my phone and switched to a brand new Galaxy S9+. And unfortunately, after 3 weeks of use, it happend to me again! in my brand new Galaxy S9+.
So I guess maybe there's a problematic app that I use??? Although all my apps are downloaded from the Play Store.
How can I know or check what is causing this delete?
As said before, I use now Galaxy S9+ & Gear S3 Classic watch

I presume you haven't had the urge to reset network connections? Because, one of the effects of that is to delete your Bluetooth pairings.
