Help!! All contacts gone!

HELP! My friend was using my phone, and she deleted all my contacts. I dont have. Not even the beginning tmobile contacts. Is there anyway to get them back?

She deleted them all. I have Facebook contacts, but that's it. Tmobile life contacts had a sync this morning at 10:27 it happened last night

not if she actually deleted them. are your contacts not in gmail? export contacts from facebook ( can you do that?) and import them into google gmail contacts and bam they will be on your phone.. be sure and hit the view contacts so they show.

That's why EVERYONE should have a gmail account and set the contacts to sync so that contacts can easily be restored.

If she actually deleted them, they'd be deleted in Gmail too.

No. The contacts are not gone. You can do a resort contacts up to 30 days online in your Gmail account. It's on the more button.
