I went to look a s photo and found only the last three utilized nine of the over 100+, that should be there. I was told to look under Google photo, nothing in trash, now whst! And they were not backed up. Help please.

Install Google "Files to go" or any other file manager, you should then be able to locate your photos providing you haven't deleted them. It's a good idea to get Google photos to automatically backup all of your photos.

Ok..I apologize for so many questions, just fear i will do this wrong and lose my pictures.so I down loaded, 'files go', but now what do do.

Okay. If you now have "Files to go" installed, tap on "browse" then "Images". That should show all images saved on device. Don't worry, you can't easily delete them. Good luck.

You have been a great help but I fear they are gone, I did as you advised and there is only the last four pictures I took in the gallery, and the two hundred pictures in the download folder. Unless there is another option to retrieve them?

It's not looking good. One last chance, if you have saved the photos to an SD card on the phone you could remove the card and use file retrieving software on a PC to get the photos back.

Sadly no SD card. I am not tech smart and now I have lost all photos of my grandson from the day he was born. He turns three this month. I appreciate all your assistance. I just don't know where they went?

Try taking your phone to your local phone shop, if you are lucky some young wizz kid could double check to make sure they are not hidden somewhere on the phone. Best of luck.

See my next reply.
