Help! An application called 10378 is killing my Samsung s7 battery

This one application I can't identify is running on my phone, it's called 10378. When I go to settings, battery manager it says it's using 80% of my battery. When I click the app the options to force quit and report are greyed out. Under the more info section it says this; CPU total 13h 46m 37s and Computed power usage 7239 mAh. Please help me stop this. Its overheating my phone and just viciously killing the battery.

Just do a restart. That number pertains to an app that was supposed to have been uninstalled. Charge to full, restart while plugged in.
