Help asap need feedback iphone deals dont know which one to choose

$99 - $199
$99 depending if best buy mobile is doing a price match
walmart has it for $99
BUT..
they have a white and black iphone 5c 32 gb with a $100 gift card for $99
dont know if i should get that 32gb white 5c or head over to walmart and do the 5s for $99
i'm not with those bright colors white would do fine and the plastic doesn't bother me its all about camera
i love the iphone camera i know the 5s is a little better
i would wait for the iphone 6 but i need a phone now broke my 4s and have been using my old env2

Hello. Those prices are tied to a contract right, so it's only the initial up front cost. Work it all out x 24 months.
Many, many Android Central members here also have iPhones.
