<help>At random pop up ads pop up in my screen

Helo there ever since yesterday I downloaded a lot on different things (music and apps) but a day later after downloading these things at random times these pop up ads pop out out of thin air
With and with out apps in the background
Please help me with my problem

Welcome to Android Central! One of those downloads probably came with adware. Uninstall the apps one by one until the problem goes away.

Did you install these apps from the Play Store, or from somewhere else? Did you download the music from a "free mp3 download" site? Downloading apk files or "free" music from a random site is a great way to get adware, or worse, malware.
